One more week

The time is fast approaching for me to exit Uncle Sam's Air Force. I'm pretty stoked and a bit melancholy about the whole thing. It's been a roller coaster of emotions and just craziness. All in all I am so thankful for the people I have met and been able to learn from in my time in the military. I think everyone should experience this great institution. Or maybe just check yourself into an institution and you may be better off. =)
Anyway, I want to thank all you folks for praying and caring for us over the past few years. Especially while we were in England. Y'all know the great times we had there, and we definitely needed/appreciate/are stronger for and with your prayers. I know you won't stop caring for us even if we're just normal civilians, but you know what I mean.
It's been fun, but I know God has something else for me and I'm ready to see Him show me. Pray for wisdom and patience now for us to wait for the job God wants me in and that we will clearly see His leading.

Thanks for your support y'all.

Ah yes, I definitely understand and empathize. I got so tired of praying "Give me patience, and give it to me NOW." Just remember Jer 29:13, "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart."

You know the not working thing hasn't been that bad for me. you get to stay home and spend alot of time pucking. (fun times) Maybe given that a try. Although if you need money that probalby isn't the best plan. And aparently living with a spouse that is constantly sick isn't that much fun. Whatever!

J, just to let you know, we are continuing to pray that God will lead you to the job He wants you to have. It is the waiting that is so hard. So just spend a few moments thanking HIm for know what is best, and believe that His timing is perfect! Love you...COG

If I may make a suggestion as to a future career, remember that time you job shadowed my fourth grade teacher? Yeah, why don't you run with that idea.
