I am now a licensed motorcyclist!

It felt like it would take me forever, but I have accomplished this massive feat of humanity. Ok it's not that big a deal, but I'm stinkin' stoked. I took the Motorcycle Safety Foundation class this weekend, which waived the riding portion of the state test, and then today I took the written/computer test. I even had time to come back home and grab all my important papers so I could register my bike on base. Now if only it wasn't raining I could ride my bike to work tomorrow.

I also applied for a civilian photographer position at a base near Lackland today. So please pray that this one really works out. I'm qualified, and it's right up my alley, so I really want this job. That and I don't have any other sure jobs, so this would work perfectly.

Good morning, Jay. I just wanted to tell you we will be praying for you with this job deal. And we will pray that God will continue to lead you, whether to this position or something else. One of my favorite quotes, not from the Bible, is "God is the blessed controller of all things." This has helped me a lot, hope it helps you.
