For those of you that still read my incredibly awesome blog, I will update.
These past few weeks have been great. I really am glad to be so close to family. After the long three years in England, it is a huge blessing to be within a few hour drive of some family.
On a sidenote, there is a lot of you "Family" that is not in Texas, I will say the D. KEITH WALKERS have an excuse, seeing as they are going on for the Lord and all, yet the others should probably go ahead and move down here.
Anyway, having Zach and Marla here was really nice. We got to go tubing and to Corpus. I think I enjoyed tubing the most. Probably because all you have to really do is sit there and float. Sometimes I think God should have said laziness is next to Godliness. But hey what can you do?
Then going to Dallas was fun as always. I don't like the drive, but it can be fun when you stop(thanks Zach). Next time we'll have to get some walkie talkies.
We got beene's computers which I'm sure you all know. It is the dinky though. For those of you that don' know what that is, dinky =cool.
Pretty much I ramble. So add everything up that we have done the past few weeks and it would equate to good times.
I'm getting ready to fly to CA for my dad's 50th birthday. I'm pretty stoked because I haven't seen my mom and dad for many moons. Or a year and a half. The golfing should be sweet too. Let it be known though that if I get beat it is because I've only been golfing once this year.
If y'all could pray I get there and back safely and have good visits with all the myers. I think the week is going to go by way too quick.
Well I'll post again sometime next month.

Well, I vaguely remember turning 50. I think it was mostly painless, but I have heard it also begins the memory loss period...I think. Anyway, happy b-day, Mr. M.
I think what you are trying to say is the rest of the Walker crew left TX without consent from the Almighty, right? Did it occur to you that maybe he asked me to leave the state so His cause could advance? Whether TX or AZ advanced is still being debated in theological circles.

That was fun having Z&M here for a while. I also wish that they would've stayed or even moved here. What are ya gonna do?

If we weren't still going on for the Lord, I might plead your case to the folks, who knows? We might have moved down there...... or not. :) I hope you have a lot of fun with your mom and dad! Wish we could go golfing with you!
That's odd that Dinky is cool. You know what else is cool. Yep, you guessed it, Pahrump. You should come. Today it is under 90 degrees as opposed to the 113 and like under 75 in the house as opposed to 85. It's awesome.
Sounds to me like you envision God playing checkers, moving us around at will. Or at Will? Anyway, He has put us in some pretty neat places over the years, and we've been really happy everywhere but Odessa!! And that was made good by a great church, and living close to Rick and Denise!! And...seems to me, in Phx, we are about halfway between everybody. And we wish some of you would choose to go wherever you are going through here!! But planes make it hard to do that!! Have a good visit, Jay. And Katie, we'll be praying for you while Jay is away! Love you both.
Its seems to me that you could move to CA too. After all the military won't be holding you there much longer. The houseing market is the greatest here. Don't forget that you have other family in CA other then the Myers. If you at least come and see are huge house that would be the donkey (or is it the dinky)
